    Weekly payout

    No need to wait until the end of the month with us. We pay your wages weekly for the hours worked the previous week. If you have a Dutch bank account, you’ll receive your pay before the weekend.

    Housing

    Finding housing in the Netherlands can be a challenge, but we’re here to help. We offer our own accommodations in Tilburg, Waalwijk, Roosendaal, Dongen, Oss, Kaatsheuvel, Moerdijk, Ravels, Retie, and Sprang-Capelle. Our housing is SNF-certified, meaning it comes fully equipped and complies with all legal standards.

    Transport

    Don’t have your own transportation? No problem! We handle all your commuting arrangements. If you live near your workplace, we provide a bike. For longer distances, we offer company cars for you to share the ride with your colleagues.

    Start working quickly

    Register or send us your resume. Our recruiters will call you in your preferred language—we speak Dutch, English, Polish, Spanish, and Portuguese. If there’s a mutual fit, we’ll schedule a follow-up interview either in person at our office or via video call. We find the ideal match between you and our clients and host an introductory session to provide everything you need to get started. If necessary for the role, we’ll perform background/reference checks and knowledge assessments. As soon as we have the right match, we’ll get you started right away!

    Housing

    Our housing always meets the latest standards and is equipped with all conveniences. Your living space is fully furnished, including cutlery/kitchenware and cleaning supplies. The price includes gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. We employ coordinators who ensure safety and hygiene and can answer all your questions.

    Transport

    Our company drivers pick you up right at home, so you spend less time waiting. If you hold a driver’s license, you can become a company driver yourself and carpool with colleagues—a great way to cut down on costs. If you live nearby, you can rent a bike from us and enjoy a healthy, active commute!

    Types of Accommodation Offered

    We offer a variety of accommodations, including rooms, studios, and apartments. Every property is SNF-certified, guaranteeing that your housing comes fully equipped and complies with all legal standards. Our housing options are located in Tilburg, Waalwijk, Roosendaal, Dongen, Oss, Kaatsheuvel, Moerdijk, among others.

    There’s always a role that fits you—we’ll find the perfect match. Our clients span across various industries, though most are based in the logistics sector. We mainly offer jobs for order pickers, production workers, EPT operators, forklift drivers, repacking staff, all-round resort/park crew, and cleaners.

    Hourly Rates & Compensation

    Your gross hourly rate depends on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CAO) or the internal company policies of the client you are assigned to. If the client does not operate under a CAO, they are legally obligated to pay at least the statutory minimum wage for workers aged 21 and over. Feel free to contact us if you would like more details about the current statutory minimum wage.

    How many hours per week are guaranteed?

    Generally, you can expect to work 40 hours a week. Working alongside our clients, we aim to offer at least 32 hours of work per week. If you’d like to work additional hours, we can discuss the options with you and the client

    Is transport guaranteed?

    Yes, we always have transport available for you. You can take advantage of our bike plan or our commute service. If you have a valid Category B driver’s license, you can also drive to work with colleagues in one of our company cars

    Do I need to speak a specific language?

    With most of our clients, being able to communicate in basic English (both speaking and reading) is essential. To support you on the job, these clients always have multilingual coordinators or managers available on site.

    When is my salary paid?

    We process your salary weekly, unless agreed otherwise. We submit your hours worked to the bank every Thursday morning. If you use a Dutch bank account, you will receive your pay on that same day; for a foreign bank account, it will arrive one day later. For example: if you start working in week 5, you will receive your pay by Friday of week 6 at the latest if you have a foreign bank account. Your payslip is emailed to you either weekly or every four weeks.
