We unburden
From your request for flex workers to supervision of these employees on the shop floor, we relieve you of the entire process. We take care of recruitment and selection, carefully screening flex workers. Where necessary, we arrange the onboarding and supervision of the new flexworker in cooperation with you. Through discussions and providing the right information, we prepare the flexworker optimally for the first working day, so that the flexworker knows exactly what to expect and what you as client can expect from him or her.
During the deployment of our flex workers, you have regular contact with your account manager or an appointed job coordinator. If necessary, we deploy colleagues with specific professional expertise, such as case managers for all sickness and absence issues. This is how we build a long-term relationship with you and our flex workers.
