What does your workday at T&S Flexwerk look like?

You start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea and a quick catch-up with your colleagues. Then it’s time for a short stand-up with your team lead, where you discuss the priorities for the day: candidate intakes, the status of vacancies, and new requests from the operations team.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, screening, and selecting international candidates
• Writing, posting, and managing job vacancies
• Maintaining contact with candidates and recruitment partners, particularly in Poland and Spain
• Working closely with the operations team to optimize the intake process
• Contributing ideas for creative campaigns and targeted recruitment strategies
• Coordinating the arrival and onboarding of international temporary workers in the Netherlands

You will work closely with both local and international colleagues and play an important role in the success of our recruitment activities.

What are we looking for?

• You speak fluent English and Polish, or English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
• You are proactive, independent, and have a hands-on mentality
• You have strong social and communication skills
• You are flexible, curious, and able to work well in a dynamic environment
• You are a true team player with a positive attitude
• You are available to work full-time

Experience in recruitment or the temporary employment industry is a plus, but your attitude, motivation, and enthusiasm are what matter most to us.
