What will your day look like at T&S Flexwerk?

You start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea – and a quick catch-up with your colleagues. Then it’s time for a short stand-up with your team lead, where you align on the day’s priorities: candidate intake, vacancy status, and new requests from operations.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

· Sourcing, screening, and selecting international candidates

· Writing, posting, and managing job vacancies

· Keeping in touch with applicants and recruitment partners (especially in Poland and Spain)

· Collaborating with the operations team to optimize the intake process

· Contributing ideas for creative campaigns and targeted recruitment strategies

· Coordinating the arrival and onboarding of international flex workers in the Netherlands

What we’re looking for:

· Fluency in English and Polish or Spanish (additional languages are a bonus)

· A proactive, independent mindset and hands-on mentality

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

· A true team player with a positive vibe

· Full-time availability

Previous experience in recruitment or the staffing industry is a plus – but your attitude and motivation are what count most.
