Are you energetic, people-oriented and experienced in recruitment or staffing? T&S Flexwerk is looking for a full-time On-site Coordinator to join our team and work directly at one of our key clients: a large supermarket chain with a warehouse near Nijmegen.
In this role, you will be the main link between our client and our temporary workers. Your mission is to make sure both the client and our flex workers feel supported, engaged and successful.
About the role
As an On-site Coordinator, you will work directly at the client’s warehouse location. You will be responsible for daily coordination, onboarding, planning, communication and employee support.
You will work with people from many different nationalities, so strong English communication skills are essential. Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
What you will do
- Manage the full onboarding process for temporary workers at the warehouse
- Hold regular follow-up meetings with employees
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Visit employee housing to check on worker wellbeing
- Create and manage work schedules
- Organise transport planning and carpool arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for both the client and temporary workers
- Support an international team of flex workers
What we are looking for
- Experience in recruitment, staffing or workforce planning is required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Dutch language skills are a plus
- Availability to work on-site near Nijmegen
- Flexibility with working hours
- A proactive, people-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Working hours
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. In consultation with the team, extended hours or occasional weekend work may be required.
