At T&S Flexwerk in Waalwijk, we are looking for a professional Front Desk Officer to join our team.

About the role

As a Front Desk Officer, you are the face of T&S Flexwerk. You welcome visitors and flex workers in a warm and professional way, answer questions and make sure everyone receives the right information.

You also handle phone calls, emails, packages and incoming orders. First-line complaints are handled by you, while more complex questions are transferred to the right department.

Besides reception duties, you support the organization with administrative and secretarial tasks. This includes processing changes in bank account details, checking expense reports and vacation days in Plan4Flex, preparing coffee and tea for meetings, and keeping the office neat and welcoming.

What we require

• Fluency in English and Spanish;
• Experience with MS Office and computer systems;
• Training in administration or secretarial work is preferred;
• Experience in a similar role or administrative position is a plus;
• Experience in the staffing industry is preferred;
• Experience with Easyflex and Plan4Flex is a plus.
