It is imperative that all our flexible temporary employees are happy employees. While the customer holds that same responsibility at the workplace, T&S will do their utmost to create a safe place for them to stay that feels like home. It’s important they know what to expect.
From day one our intermediate takes care of all these practicalities: through regular personal visits we execute the registering and handling of any unexpected absenteeism or illness, complaints, accidents at work and conducting exit interviews. We also provide the employee with the required PPE, ARBO checklist, evaluations after their first week and a basis explanation of the workplace.
