Every week we collect the hours worked the week before by all flex worker and we pay our temporary staff according to the customers remuneration (BRI). On the same day, these hours worked will be invoiced to you at an agreed-upon hourly rate.

The hourly rate of a temporary workers varies per sector and depends on the scarcity of candidates. The hourly rate for a temporary worker always includes: the gross hourly wage, costs for sickness (risk), accrual of holidays, vacation days and vacation pay, costs for social premiums, insurance and employers’ social security contributions and the costs of T&S Flexwerk for the recruitment, selection and planning of the new employee.
