Job description

Performing tasks in the cultivation process: cutting, sticking, pruning, transplanting, and plant care

Moving and digging up production and flowering plants

Cleaning grow rooms and disposing of plant waste
What we ask

English speaking skills to communicate effectively in a multicultural team

Possession of an EU passport or valid Dutch work permit

Valid driver’s license for occasional transport tasks

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Motivation, flexibility, and a proactive work attitude

Previous experience in production is a plus – but if you haven’t worked in production before, no worries! We provide full training.
