Logistic Employee – Order Picker

Are you not afraid of a little cold and do you enjoy working in a dynamic logistics environment? In Tilburg, you will work in a modern freezing facility where, together with your team, you ensure the distribution of well-known A-brand food products. The temperature is -24°C, but this comes with an attractive allowance package.

This logistics location specializes in frozen food logistics and plays a key role in supplying supermarkets and stores across the Netherlands and abroad. It’s a challenging position with plenty of responsibility and excellent working conditions.

As a Freezer Order Picker, your main task is collecting orders using voice-pick technology. You will pick orders with a headset, carefully handling frozen products while following strict safety and hygiene rules. Jewelry, piercings, nail polish, and perfumes are not allowed to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

You will work in a team-oriented setting but also need to be self-reliant. The environment is cold, physically demanding, and requires constant focus, but it’s also highly rewarding for those who enjoy active, hands-on work.

Your Responsibilities

• Collect orders accurately using voice-pick technology

• Work safely and efficiently in a -24°C environment

• Handle frozen products with care, following all safety and hygiene rules

• Contribute to smooth operations and timely order dispatch

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to stand and move for long periods
• Comfortable working in a -24ºC frozen environment
• Basic knowledge of English
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
