What will your day look like at T&S Flexwerk?
You start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea – and a quick catch-up with your colleagues. Then it’s time for a short stand-up with your team lead, where you align on the day’s priorities: candidate intake, vacancy status, and new requests from operations.
Your day-to-day tasks include:

Sourcing, screening, and selecting international candidates

Writing, posting, and managing job vacancies

Keeping in touch with applicants and recruitment partners (especially in Poland and Spain)

Collaborating with the operations team to optimize the intake process

Contributing ideas for creative campaigns and targeted recruitment strategies

Coordinating the arrival and onboarding of international flex workers in the Netherlands
You’ll work closely with both local and international colleagues, and you’ll play a vital role in our recruitment success.
What we’re looking for:

Fluency in English and Polish or English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus)
