Facilities Coordinator – Full-time | Waalwijk

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Waalwijk. In this full-time office role, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of employee housing and facility-related processes. You ensure that accommodation matters run smoothly and act as a key point of contact for questions and practical issues. Communication is central to this position. You will be in daily contact with employees, internal departments, and external suppliers. For this reason, strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset are essential. Previous experience in administration or facility services is an advantage. Multilingual skills are highly appreciated due to our international working environment.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate daily employee housing operations
• Act as a contact person for accommodation-related questions and reports
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Support the planning and coordination of internal activities
• Ensure accurate documentation and administrative updates
• Assist in maintaining smooth daily office and facility processes

What we are looking for

• Professional level of English (working language)
• European passport or valid Dutch work permit
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Experience in administration, facility services, or an international environment is a plus
• Multilingual skills are appreciated

What we offer

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)

• Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,900, depending on experience
