Personal contact with the temporary workers is very important to us. We understand how difficult it can be when you arrive in a country where you don’t know anyone. That is why you can always count on our job coaches, your direct contacts with the customer. They will help you get settled in at the location, take you on a tour at the company you are planned at and answer all kinds of questions that you might have when you arrive at The Netherlands.
We know it is important for you to feel at home when you join us. We welcome you and your new colleagues with a cup of coffee or tea. When signing of the contract, everything is clearly explained; about the work, housing location and our transport. In order to create that family feeling we also organize some annual Polish events, like a movie in a cinema, a summer barbecue and a Christmas drink.
